Hi, I’m Coach Tiffany.
I’m a Behavioral Health Coach who combines mindset coaching,
brain-based habit change, whole food nutrition, and natural
wellness practices to help you get back on track—for good.
Over the last 6 years, I’ve studied positive psychology, behavioral change, subconscious reprogramming, and holistic health—and I’ve used it all to design a lifestyle transformation program that goes far beyond diets or quick fixes.
This isn’t about dieting harder, working longer, or trying to “fix” yourself.
It’s about getting to the root of what’s been holding you back, clearing it out, and creating simple, doable routines that support the life you actually want to live.
